I recently came across a video of a little boy who told me ten reasons why I shouldn’t vote for Obama. In addition to being left wondering whether the POTUS really wants me to stand in long lines, whether he thinks babies are really a burden, and if he and his wife are not proud of America, I’m flabbergasted that parents would put their kid through this.

Don’t plan on being impressed by this kid’s wealth of political knowledge, nor his parents’ obviously exhaustive research efforts. In an attempt to be cute, someone decided it would be a good idea to strap a plastic gun on this boy and have him crawl out of and pose next to a giant pickup truck, to fill his head with a bunch of garbage that he’ll end up spouting off at school, and have absolutely no way of learning how to form his own opinion about the issue. Not hat 6-year olds should be concerned with politics. Quite the opposite, actually.

Oh, and one more thing: if you’re going to make a political video badmouthing the president, have the decency (and self-respect) to do it yourself. Don’t make your 6-year old regurgitate your ignorant psychobabble.
